WOD 1 – Murph Sprint*

- 30 minute time cap
- Pull ups are chin over bar
- Weight vest chest plate must touch the ground on push ups
- Must hit parallel on air squats

8 lateral burpee bar overs
- Deadlift – athlete must stand up completely with shoulders behind bar.
- Burpee – plate must touch ground, two feet take off.

1 Rep Max Squat Snatch
Cash In – 50 Double Unders
1 Rep Max Squat Clean
- On a 10 minute running clock athletes will cash in with 50 DU – in the remaining time up to 5 min athletes will attempt for a one rep max squat snatch.
- At 5 minutes athletes will cash in with another 50 DU – in the remaining time until 10 minutes – athletes will attempt for a max squat clean.
