Event Information

Battle Forged Throwdown is here to test your mettle and overall fitness level. This year’s event will be capped at 30 males and 30 females, with prizes for the top 3 finishers of each.

This is an intermediate level throwdown. Please no top 200 regional level athletes or beginner athletes that cannot at least be able to perform any movement from the open with the exception of muscle-ups and handstand push-ups. Athletes will not be broken out by age.

There will be three workouts performed throughout the morning. These workouts will be announced as we get closer to the date.

In conjunction with this event there will be a Health & Fitness Fair going on. Many sponsors will have booths around the area. Bring your family and friends to not only cheer you on, but to participate in the fair.

Volunteer’s

  Burpee Box Over 35/25# @ 24″

High & Tight
- Clean Ladder
  (w/25’ walking lunges in front rack position)
  
  Station #1 – 95/65# – 6reps
  Station #2 – 115/80# – 5reps
  Station #3 – 135/95# – 4reps
  Station #4 – 155/110# – 3reps
  Station #5 – 175/125# – 2reps
  Station #6 – 195/140# – 1reps
  
  If the athlete fail’s a lift or drops the bar during the lunges there will be a 25 rep double under penalty.
  
  Knee sleeves are allowed but no knee pads will be allowed.
